These terms cover this website (getflocus.in) and, once available, the Flocus mobile app. Flocus has not launched yet — some sections below describe how things will work at launch.

Using this website

This site is informational: it describes Flocus, lets you join a waitlist, and hosts our support and privacy pages. Joining the waitlist only requires a valid email address and doesn't create an account or any payment obligation.

Using the app (at launch)

Flocus provides AI-assisted tutoring. It is a study aid, not a substitute for your course's official requirements or a licensed instructor's judgment — you're responsible for how you use what it teaches you, including in any academic-integrity context your institution or exam board sets.

Subscriptions and payment

Pricing has not been finalized and will be announced at launch. Subscriptions (once available) are billed and managed through the app store you download from (Apple App Store or Google Play) via RevenueCat, and are subject to that store's payment terms, billing cycle, and cancellation process.

Refunds and guarantees

Refund and guarantee terms will be published here once pricing is finalized at launch. No guarantee is offered today because none has been decided yet — please don't rely on any guarantee claim you may have seen elsewhere.

Account and conduct

You're responsible for the accuracy of information you provide and for keeping your account credentials secure. Don't use Flocus to harass others, attempt to extract other users' data, or interfere with the service's normal operation.

Changes

We may update these terms as Flocus develops, especially around launch. Meaningful changes will be reflected by updating the "last updated" date above.
